About The Project
The beautiful, windy City of Soledad is home to an array of public spaces for recreating, relaxing, gathering, and enjoying the outdoors. The City currently oversees 13 parks, the Community Recreation Center, and several other areas poised to be developed for recreational use.

The City's Parks and Recreation Master Plan Update is a tool that will be used to guide the development, use, and maintenance of parks and recreational spaces across the city. Your participation in the creation of this plan is highly encouraged and will help shape the future of Soledad!
Project Timeline
The Parks and Recreation Master Plan Update kicked off in Fall of 2022 and is expected to be completed in the Summer of 2024. Over the next 14 months, there will be a number of community involvement opportunities to weigh in on the future of the City's parks, public spaces, and recreation programs.
